For the couples who want to do things their way

Beth A Weddings - UK wedding coordinator

Hello!

I am the answer to your wedding prayers! With an eye for detail, expert wedding supplier knowledge and calming presence, I will have your back and become your friend.

Since 2017, I have been providing wedding coordination and creative assistance to couples who don’t take life too seriously and know how to have a good time! I seamlessly run your day like clockwork, while ensuring that it feels like the relaxed, fun party you were hoping for. From set up to take down, I allow you and your loved ones to focus on the fun and leave the ‘dirty work’ to me! I love adding those finishing touches and extra details to really bring the wow factor. I can be found at the top of the tallest ladder, entertaining the kids during the speeches, keeping everything looking great, working alongside catering and bar staff and will magically appear with a glass of prosecco just when you need it! I come with a car full of kit, décor and props for you to delve into, as well as a huge amount of energy!

Since my first Glastonbury in 2007, festivals have become an important part of my life, (I even met my husband at a festival in 2012!) so festival style weddings with camping, food trucks and lots of colour are my heaven… Having said that I have been lucky enough to coordinate weddings in locations such as the stunning Portuguese sunshine, old historic barns and beautiful English gardens - coming to the conclusion that whatever the theme or aesthetic, as long as it represents you, the couple, it will be perfect.

So if you’re having a wedding in a field, garden wedding, village hall wedding or simply hiring a blank canvas venue - I’m your girl.

A few fun facts…

  1. I was a dancer in the Olympic Closing ceremony - proving that enthusiasm can get you a long way!

  2. I set up The Barn at Avington - a modern industrial venue in beautiful Hampshire. We have a limited number of weddings each year, which leaves me free to also enjoy travelling here, there and everywhere!

  3. I am an assistant florist and love to bring this skill to my couples.

  4. I’m mum to Rupert - a 5 year old with a super imagination and so creative (just like his mum!).

  5. I care deeply about the world and encourage a sustainable, plastic free wedding.

  6. I have lived in Japan and Sri Lanka - places that are wonderfully unique and close to my heart.
